★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Run for the hills . Don't do business with this company, long story short purchased thru Cannex building supply Chilliwack they promised 4 weeks ... yeah right .Given delivery date then
changed same date of supposed delivery . I almost forgot quoted 8k placed the order then was advised it's actually 10 k which was the same price as Alliance Truss ( what a mistake I made by not using them didn't save any money which was their selling point cheaper and faster delivery ). Alliance Truss told me 10 k and 5 weeks would of had my trusses by now had I gone with them . Have only heard positive things about Alliance like they actually deliver when promised.5 weeks in still no delivery when I visited business nobody could tell me anything only that it was "delayed " promised I would be contacted immediately with number I left didn't happen. Had to call back next morning , Ray was busy with another customer waited for call to be returned. He didn't call ... big surprise I had to calm him back and he had a lot of excuses none of them made any sense and told me he can't tell me when I'm getting them if you can believe that what a nightmare . Do yourself a favor and call Alliance Truss they are the same price after Pyramid "modifies " their price and do what they say these guys are crooks and dishonest Mickey Mouse operation to say the least. I wanted to add they just cancelled my order because I complained and left me high and dry all the contractors now have to be totally reorganized cost me thousands of dollars . As the opening line says RUN FOR THE HILLS
