Looooots of employees smoking where prohibited, usually in front of doors or no smoking signs. Disappointing, for a building touting its Leeds and other green/healthy/pollution reducing features.

These guys do not respond to emails. They charged me for a damage and did not return messages when I questioned them about showing me proof about the damage. DONT NOT RENT FROM THEM!! TO MUCH TO LOOSE SINCE THEY WANT A $2000 DEPOSIT.

I initially was with a mid sized accounting firm that did a good job with my personal and businesses' taxes. They were were swallowed up by PWC. The first two years, things remained the same The quality of the work was still good, but the prices slowly increased. Eventually, my prices to do my taxes for my businesses nearly doubled and I became concerned I was overpaying for merely competent work. I shopped around comparing their prices with other mid sized and equally large firms. I eventually discovered that they were overcharging my by 40% as compared to another large 3-letter firm. On top of that, this alternate firm had a team that specialized in small businesses. When I confronted PWC with the price difference, they reviewed the work done to prepare my taxes and offered a 20% price reduction provided I stay a client. I was incensed! Not only had they been overcharging me, they couldn't even match the price and expected me to stay on. What arrogance! I paid the full original bill and have never been back. The next year, my new 3-letter firm provided me with excellent advice and reduced my personal taxes by 40% and my business taxes as well (but not as much) Lastly, my parent, despite my warnings about the overpriced modest quality of work at PWC, stayed on until they passed. PWC's work in unraveling their estate has been adequate, but they are awful at returning phone calls or email. Promise work done by a certain date, but NEVER on time. They are totally unprofessional and overpriced.

I worked with this company, the staff (carol, marva)and manager( naomi) are not professional. They started teaming up and picking on me all the time. I will not suggest anyone work at business centre 100%.
