★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite easy to use - once it picks up the barcode. I needed to try a few different times/angles. Theres a package size limit though in order to fit through the drop off space. Great thing is the machine gives out receipts for reference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When it works it’s pretty good, although the scanner is finicky, but I broke the machine by putting the package on an angle, after it accepted my shipment and the door closed it was out of order. Oops.
Out of 3 packages shipped, 2 wee ok and 1 error, not a good reliability rate.
Please fix, it’s a nice service but needs to be more reliable.
