Purolator

Delivery person lied and said there was no key code to enter the triplex ...we have no keypad the door is open all the time they didn't even try to enter the building they pulled up then drove away as I watched. You people remind me of Canada Post terrible service.

On time delivery but did not follow delivery instructions. Written in 3 places big sign on door even.

Does this company even care about its customers? One of the worse delivering providers out there, if you think your package is coming in on time, better wait at least 2 weeks before it actually comes in. Trying to track your package? Oh wait that doesn’t even work either considering I ordered something a week ago and I can’t even see where the package is because it’s “not available”. Such a joke of a company I’m done ordering anything through Puralator. Hope many people see this and realize how terrible their service is, they should be a shame of themselves.

Purolator held my package for 7 days in transit on an overnight delivery.

They seem to think my neighbours are at my house, and I can't bring them their mail, so back it gets stolen (can't leave stuff out anymore). why most people have signs on their doors.

These people will run you for your money. They enlist people like its some sort of Opportunity to take no experience youth, with next to nothing tin their name, and make them believe they can run a company. They offer 'by word of mouth' they ability to work with you, find answers and solutions, constantly be engaged. Realisticaly, they run you dry, treat you as out of sight out of mind. ***If in need*** they will easily sendyou on the road with a properly uninsured vehicle and demand up and down you are properly insured. While choosing options, they have management provide details as to what is a good idea to service areas. Think again, you'll be riding around in to small a vehicle with zero help and nothing to allow them to assist you. As an owner operator they wont offer you any sort of answer, if you happen to extend yourself and help or meet deadlines, shortly after because it is affecting their numbers they are coming down on you. Realisticaly I ran 14-18 daily, and averaged worked my weekends, you couldnt get praise from them. Told you can hire people at the beginning, but not allowed to put someone behind the wheel of another vehicle? Weird when they swap companies a week later because they realize that you've been complaining for a reason but of well, said new company can have 5 drivers? 6 compnay vehicles? crazy when the work of one person gets devised into that many trucks. they wont know their own contracts with you, if you bring them up, nothing gets done, they simply say they dont have the ocntract infront of them at the moment. Litered with illegal tidbits that even their own HR gets them to hush up about when they try throwing u under the bus for the small tidbits they pushed you to do in the past. im not saying its a bad gig, just dont get backed by purolator, theyll send you to a new town, underequipt, undermanned, wont offer any type of service to help, and mostly just want to point a finger when someone higher up then them says something. its a weird world when they are comfy with you being somewhere youve never been, break ur own agreements for beenfits, then knowledgeably know you are homeless and still push for you to do better ( better chunk of 6 months in a northern ontario winter is fun) I enjoyed wearing oxgear clothing for the first 2 months I was sent to a new town, in an unmarked cube truck, that was improperly insured by them. Left homeless withno experience, and still made out to be the bad guy. dont expect district to help, if its your local town, the person prefers to only act when absolutely necessary, above that, enjy recieving daily uplifting txts such as "are you ready to quit?, if you arent making any money why still do it" and other heartwarming motivational pleas that you need at 730am to really boost your solo mood to do near impossible routes with near to impossbile deadlines, even if you do pull a slamming amount, you wont get nothing more then torturous comments with zero answers, mostly telling you you arent fit for your dorp and you should go sort boxes. long story short, if you want to lose every bit of sanity and be lied to, join purolator today, they offer you a good slice of what reality is nowadays. ps dont ever think HR will help, you will get a new agent every meeting, you wont be told what agents are available, hell u wont even get a company name card. just expected the world of. If you do happen to score the name or email of an HR agent, no chance you can make any plan going into the meeting or key notes to talk of, they just provide you iwth a "best of luck to us tomorrow" and they sit their and say nothing while your rights are basicaly blown into another universe. dont forget, and always remember " why do you even still work " as that amazing morning pick me up. thanks alot

They have never delivered a package to me correctly. Once again its on the wrong truck even though last time I went there and they had it, try no truck. nothing but lies and now their local number is long distance
