★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had trouble with this company ever since they took over for UPS. The drivers don't bother to actually see if you're actually home most of the time and just leave the pickup card. Then when you go to pickup it takes days for the driver to drop it off at the location. Terrible customer service when you go to the office to ask what's going on. The manager cannot possibly be on a conference call all day,
every day. They shouldn't even be in business if they are going to refuse to talk to their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The delivery driver left both large boxes containing expensive electronic equipment on my front porch, despite the delivery requiring a signature. The delivery driver did not check to see if I was home (I was). Great way to get your packages damaged or stolen. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently received two packages from Canpar from different vendors. Both packages were broken in the exact same way and tape were removed and taped back on the boxes. It is impossible for two different vendors to seal their boxes the same way and it is also quite impossible that that both boxes were ripped the same way!!! I feel like that the way boxes were opened is to see what is inside. Canpar needs to pay extra attention on this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW my pkg was delivered over night...early this morning...I am very impressed!!!!!!! especially after having to contact CanPar last evening around 5 pm and spoke to Shanelle who was very professional all the way through our call. She looked into the issue and the pkg was picked up late in the day...and wow delivered to my door by 11 am this morning. I was actually shocked when the driver showed up. Awesome job!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Packages disappear on there way to town apparently takes 5 days to get from sudbury to sault ste marie. Called to have it held and not delivered and they try and deliver it anyways now I have to wait to get package even longer, would have been faster to drive to Montreal and back then use this service
