β β β β β I am very impressed with this Spa. I had an appointment for brow waxing. Great price and great location! The decor was very clean and appealing. The staff are very professional and friendly (Brit was my technician)!!
I will certainly continue to use this spa!!

β β β β β We were sharing a special Mum/Daughter date and our experience at Pure Spa only enhanced our perfect day!!!! Everything was absolutely spotless. We were greeted with warmth and friendliness and felt completely pampered and taken care of. We will definitely make Pure Spa a regular part of our days together in Nanaimo in the future. Our only regret was that we had left booking until the last moment - next time we will plan more in advance so that we can have more time there!

β β β β β I had a facial with Ashley yesterday and it was absolutely amazing! She knows her products and has the perfect touch. I really appreciated the massage part of the facial. I was so relaxed by the end.

β β β β β Great spa downtown Nanaimo. The space was really lovely and inviting, and the staff there were all wonderful! I had the most relaxing manicure with Erin, who did a really amazing job. Go visit them!

β β β β β Ashley at true spa is amazing! As a mother of four who works full time I never get time to myself. She made my spa afternoon relaxing and enjoyable. If your looking for a massage, pedicure, or manicure definitely go to pure spa!

β β β β β I have had many other massages in different places, but Ashley was awesome. She knows what she does and the place was clean and comfortable. Overall my experience at Pure Spa was amazing and Iβd love to come back for another full body massage. The only area that needs improvement is the sound proof of the studio. When other people are speaking outside it can disturb the relaxation process of a massage.
