Excellent customer service. Maral is really helpful and knowledgeable as well as all her staff. I would highly recommend this pharmacy for prescription or any other supplement you may need.

One really feels that great care is major concern in the pharmacy. It is such a lovely store area, i thought it would be more expensive, not so. They are so helpful. Know the doctors and alternate health people.

Walked in yesterday and abruptly a guy that I later found-out works there jumped out of nowhere screaming at me to use their hand sanitizers that looked like rona infested incubation bottles. I used their "sanitizes" because I was kind of force by this aggressiveness employee of the year and desperate to fill a prescription for a family member. After all that found out they don't even stock a common medication that I was able to fill at a smaller pharmacy - just ten steps away. I know everyone is on edge right now but you guys aren't helping at all. I will never return to your pharmacy again but for the love of god don't spread germs with your insanitary bottles - you are operating in WV not Compton.

I am delighted with the service and the results that I received when I visited this pharmacy! For the last 30 I have been plagued with severely watery eyes and have not been able to receive any relief no matter which doctor that I visited, or which eye drops or allergy medicine that I used. It was miserable and I had almost given up. I walked into this pharmacy and asked a pharmacist by the name of Bruce for assistance. He gave me a very reasonable homeopathic medication and instructed me to put three small tablets under my tongue daily. I must say that I had little confidence that this would work, but I was desperate and had nothing to lose. Well it did work!!! It has been about 3 weeks now and I have not had watery eyes once! I can't remember a time when they have been dry for so long! Thanks so much, Bruce!

I stopped to pickup magnesium citrate from a particular brand which was recommended by my naturopathic doctor. The employee made a sarcastic comment about it by repeating 6 times it doesn’t matter what kind I buy. Well ... I might as well buy it in Costco then , no need to make a special trip to this pharmacy. Simply rude.

Unlike professional pharmacies, this douchey outfit does not honour drug plans, requiring patients to waste time sending in forms on their own and waiting for reimbursement. If you are like me, the receipt will not contain enough information for a claim so it will be rejected, requiring another visit to the pharmacy for adequate documentation. No thanks. I recommend MacDonalds Prescriptions for compounding. They will ask for your drug card and take good care of you.

I attended at this pharmacy this morning to pick up a prescription that the pharmacy had called to say was ready. I was one of two customers in the pharmacy. The pharmacist Petra was dealing with a customer who had some questions. I waited quietly for 10 minutes while Petra was talking to the customer. The customer then suggested to Petra that she deal with me as I had been waiting quite awhile. Petra responded to the customer β€œ you are as important as any customer β€œ and didn’t even ask me why I was there. She continued to ignore me while the customer then left the counter to pick up an over the counter medication and go to the cashier to pay for it. Petra was conducting an internet search while I waited and the customer was at the cashier. The cashier asked whether I had been helped. I responded that I hadn’t. Petra then walked past me on her way to speak to the customer who was at the cashier. When she walked past me I asked whether she could help me. She said no; that she was with a customer. She did not ask why I was there I asked her whether the cashier could help me. She said no. No explanation was given. Ultimately the cashier walked over to me and I told him I was there to pick up a prescription. He went behind the counter and retrieved the prescription and took it to the cashier position where I paid. At no time did Petra acknowledge me or apologize for not asking why I was waiting. Simply picking up a prescription where I was 1 of 2 customers in the store took 20 minutes. Petra was rude I am writing to say that I am very impressed with how both the owner and Petra have dealt with my complaint set out above. On June 24 Petra contacted me by telephone to apologize and to explain her understanding of the circumstances of my attendance at the store. I am pleased with the resolution of this matter and I will continue to deal with Pure Pharmacy and with Petra. In the circumstances I am changing my assessment from 1 star to 5 stars.
