★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facility is new and clean. I managed to get a 5x10 unit upon opening (in September 2021) for $159 per month, excluding insurance and tax. I've received a letter last week saying that they are increasing the fee to $175 per month, again excluding insurance and tax as of May 1, 2022. Something to think about if they keep increasing at this speed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited Public Storage at 189 Bullock Dr. today in order to find a temporary storage for our house. Maria provided us a visit to the unit. We are very satisfied with the unit, it is clean, the light is bright, as the top is just covered with metal fence, the inside temperature is controlled and air is well ventilated. They have two shipping bays, the bay at rear has 3 docks, very convenient for large shipment and truck. After we decided to rent it, Maria was patient to explain every item to us clearly. We had a very good experience on this first visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The units is well organized and represented. The facilities, that is the storage itself, building and outside surroundings are clean and well maintained. The washroom is clean and comfortable. The available dolly/cart are well maintained.
I'm thankful for all your help to rent a unit... Josephine and Evashia are took us to see the unit, detailed explanations and provided us with the best service throughout the rental. Great service! 5 stars!
