★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is specific for the Broadway Public Storage in Port Coquitlam. I cannot vouch for all Public Storages. However, my experience at that PS was great, with the friendly and helpful staff. The units and grounds are maintained well and have attentive security.

I would definitely recommend this facility to all my friends and family because of the positive experience I had with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience at this Public Storage location. The staff is kind, patient, and will answer all of your questions. The units are kept very clean and instructions on using your code, finding your unit, and completing monthly payments are very clear. Definitely recommend!

They are so customer-focused that they remember my needs in full details and call me back the first minute when the right locker matches my needs is available. I would not hesitate recommending public storage at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been a long time customer of this facility and when I needed a 'storage space' again, I knew exactly where to turn. Not only is it close to where I live but the management and staff are super nice people. Further, storage units are clean, the grounds are well maintained and a person is made to feel welcome when they enter the office.
We have been through a tough couple of years and to be given the care and attention that one receives here is well worth commenting on.
I highly recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a storage unit!
