★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff have been great. Patricia helped me so much during a difficult transition from marriage to divorce and trying to find a new place. Having the flexibility of knowing my items are secure and dry is a wonderful relief. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After signing up for a rental at this place I started getting tons of letter mail addressed to me for moving services and other storage services. It seems pretty obvious to me that the owners sold my personal information for marketing purposes. I don’t know if that was in the contract, but the owners certainly never mentioned it when I spoke to them. I don’t appreciate what they did. One star for underhanded business practices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just rented again at the 1775 Main St. Public Storage after a decade hiatus.
So good to be back.
I remember both Patricia and Mr. D from when I last rented at this location back in 2006-2009.
Mr. D took me through a very thorough but swift process to ensure the unit met my needs on through to the completion of the rental agreement contract then first payment and lastly a briefing on passcodes and hours and such.
I’m a small business owner and I asked them if they owned to facility? I meant it as a compliment.
They are excellent representatives for Public Storage.
Their thoroughness and black / white policies give me great comfort that my stored items are secure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bit of search in the neighborhood and I quickly realized public storage is one of the best in terms of cleanness, service and safety. Not sure if they are the cheapest but for a good hassle free service I am willing to pay more anyways. First experience 10/10, Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year in October 2021 I attended the office of Public Storage on Main Street in North Vancouver. I met Reza and Patricia. They are extremely helpful, kind and professionals. I was able to rent a space, change it and add another with no difficulty. They also provided good advice regarding what where my space needs and price. I highly recommend their business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience working with the onsite public storage team. I delayed my exit a few times and they recalculated my storage fees each time with a smile. They also do their best to find owners of items they may have accidentally left behind or used lockers left unlocked. The facilities are immaculate. I won't hesitate to store my items with them again.
