★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now this was SERVICE. A friend was up from the far south and his minn kota deck hand broke. Arrived at the shop at 930 and it was fixed and we were out the door by 11. Danny was very knowledgeable. He was very busy but because of this units failure it would have caused his 3 week holiday to come to an end and Danny saved the day. Thank you. Please keep up this type of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took an LG monitor in for repair under warranty, when i got it back it was worse than when I took it in. Refit refused to fix it - they said it wasn't worth it and told me just to go buy a new one. What's the point of a warranty?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called there and asked to speak to a tech regarding a problem with a $15,000, 85 inch Samsung TV. The receptionist (sounded like an Asian lady) refused. Confused, I asked if they wanted my business. She replied, "Go find someone else!," and hung up!
Obviously, so should everyone else go somewhere else.
I reported the incident to Samsung Head Office and the matter was escalated to upper management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a warranty through Best Buy on my TV that was being fulfilled by this company. They called me and diagnosed the problem over the phone and gave Best Buy the quote to repair. After the repair was approved, Best Buy told me that Video Re-Fit would contact me within 2-3 business days.... One week later and I had not heard anything so I called them. They said that they had ordered the part needed and just needed to have my TV in so that they could do the repair but that I live out of their service area so I would have to bring the TV in or wait until sometime next week for them to pick it up (but no clue when next week). Seems I'll be with a disfunctional TV for 2 weeks minimum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a new Marcum flasher this year, long story short it was not working as it should. Took it into Video Re-Fit Portage for warranty. They had the unit repaired and back to me within 48 hours. Top Notch Repair.
These guys know their stuff.
I will admit I was uncomfortable leaving it with them at first... I had some simple questions and comments about the malfunction of the unit that I wanted to insure were communicated to the technician - however the person working the front desk seemed reluctant to want to discuss these items with me.
This would have easily been a 5 star review if their customer service was willing to communicate with me.
