You sent me all my other accounts from everything but that year.... you guys need some people working there that can problem solve, not just say yes even though they have no idea what you’re talking about. Unbelievable I just wasted more time and money with a bank!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been with ACU for many years, but this new on line baking system is the pits. More often than not all you can get is this site is not available. And trying to phone is a lost cause. We are fully aware that things are different during COVID, but some semblance of service would be much appreciated. We are all asked to stay home, but if we cannot make contact with essential services, what should we be doing?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great in person service but trying to find information on their online banking site is brutal. I finally had to spend over half an hour on hold to get the transit number and institution number for my branch as it is not easily, if at all, found on their website. I also am a member at Cambrian and their website is much more user friendly and informative.
