Now they had the tools for over 9 weeks and the customer service was some of the worst I have ever experienced, I work in I.T. and have worked behind a service bench for many years so I have some idea as to what I am speaking of. Every time I called for an update they could find one tool or the other but not both and made clean to me they never call customers until the tools are fixed so unless I called I would have heard nothing for 9+ weeks, keeping in mind these are not expensive tools but they are tools the very definition of something that should be repaired quickly as people like me depend on them and this poor service put back our home renovations by more then 2 months costing me more then the tools are worth. I’m sure I should have tossed them and got new owes but they were less then 6 months old when I took them in for repair, when I finally got the call to pickup the one tool I called in and they told me both tools were actually done. When I showed up after 9+ weeks of waiting and excuses the reciprocating saw was fixed ( dirty and tossed in a box ) but fixed. The miter saw was not fix the broken parts were still laying in the box and to top it all off they replaced a part that did not need to be replaced, they had me wait weeks and weeks for a back ordered part that was not even the part that needed to be repaired. To top it all off the other saw that they did manage to fix jammed and broke after 2 cuts.

Go anywhere else to get the tools repaired. Nothing but a scam. They'll warranty batteries out but anything with the tool they just play games. Very clear issue with the tool 2 weeks later say its normal operation. No save the time and apparently charge for doing nothing and get your tools actually fixed. Best part? One of the issues I am having is something they were already supposed to fix.

Home Depot directed me to this company RE a 16 gauge Rigid nailer which has two years remaining on warranty, which was not sinking nails flush. The people I spoke with over the phone seemed nice enough, but they did not disclose any information related to inspection fees, nor did my wife sign anything when she dropped off my nail gun. When I was told about the fee (when they called to tell me it is ready for pick up) I raised this issue but the employee I spoke with seemed to think customers "should know the fee is implied", and acknowledged nothing was signed, nor do they know what is told to customers at drop off. Since the issue is not a warranty issue (according to Pryde the tool is working fine.... right... I have had it for over a year and it has never worked properly), I am being charged a $20 fee. This is a deceptive and unethical business practice. Hopefully my tool is actually working now, unlike for other reviewers who noted a similar situation but without any improvement after surprise fees for "service" from Pryde. I definitely don't recommend dealing with Pryde, ever. If you do, be sure you ask for information on what they may charge you to release your (under warranty) tool back to you in the event they deem the issue not to be related to manufacturers defect. The hours are inconvenient and they are located in the middle of nowhere. This is my last Rigid purchase, and picking up my tool will be my last trip to Pryde.

Lady on the front counter was friendly, knowledgeable and just seemed to enjoy helping me, the best customer service I have had in a long time.

We have been to Pryde twice in a month we travelled an hour to get there and experienced exceptional customer service. Pryde is the family name and pride is what we saw and felt from the employees and owners. We highly recommend Pryde and we will be going back. It is old fashioned customer experience, customer service and caring to be sure their customers feel appreciated. Thank you Pryde we appreciate you!

This company is outstanding. I have a lot of Milwaukee tools that carry a five year warranty. Anytime I need one warrantied they are amazing at getting it fixed right and back in my hands so I can continue to use them for my job everyday. Breanne is very polite and is exact on the time it takes to get back to me. They have such a great supply of any tool needed to complete jobs. I refer all my coworkers to Pryde industrial for the great customer service.

My husband brought his Milwaukee drill in to have the Chuck replaced. He was charged an initial charge of 25$+ tax to find out what he already knew. After almost 3 weeks he called and asked what was happening. He was told that he needed to have more patients. My worst experience ever dealing with a so called professional company. I will never recommend pride or a Milwaukee tool to anyone. Save yourself a lot of stress go somewhere else. I had to rate them at 1 star but that is too high.

Ordered parts for an old bandsaw. Very helpful until I decided to cancel my order. Was told I had to pay a restocking fee.... The original order was $151 and the restocking fee was $90. They took $90 without batting an eye. For nothing! I won't be dealing there again.
