Right from the first visit into their business to see what equipment they would have available for this job, to the call to book the equipment, a call made to their staff after hours with a question about the equipment, and then the return of the equipment and the invoicing. Everything was top notch service. We will recommend West Equipment to our 25 members and anyone else in the Southern Okanagan who is looking for equipment rentals.

They have even come on site before hand to make sure their equipment will do the right job. Their prices are fair, their staff is friendly, and they always get the equipment to my site on time, even with short notice. Nothing but good things to say about them. Ryan in Oliver is top notch! Thanks for all the great service.

Everyone there was so helpful and wanted to help us get things sorted out. They had exactly what we need and even offered some tips to hopefully get the job done. I really feel they went above and beyond that day to help us out. So grateful we stumbled upon this business.

Then to top it off they cut me a deal on the rental fee when I brought it back before the end of the day. Extremely friendly too which is just awesome! Thanks guys I will be back next time.
