★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I regularly visit this place for grocery shopping and I like the staffs there but today I really should point this out for your customer service.
You guys should train your staffs properly.
Today I bought 2 San Pellegrino packs that the price was written as “2 for $10”. But I found in the receipt that there was no discount applied and instead there was an additional fee of 30 cents called “consigne”. Well, this wasn’t the first time that I was tricked by your “price tag” so what should I say? ?♂️
But when I asked your staff about the “consigne” and the price, he seemed totally indifferent and just said that he doesn’t know and he is sorry. And that was it. He didn’t even try to further investigate what was wrong or what he can do for me or didn’t even try to ask any other staffs about the issue.
Is it because of the whole Covid situation that has caused staff shortages? ? Eventually I wasted money for no reason but I decided not to blame anyone.
But PLEASE, PLEASE!
I really want you to make sure that your staffs know what they are doing and that they are responsible for their service to customers.

Also, I feel like relative to other Provigo's, this one doesn't do the "50% off" discounts as much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live nearby so it’s the easy way. But this provigo has never all the products, almost empty. Most of the time they are expired ( yogurts, salads etc).
The cashiers are never there it’s very slow. You can wait 5 to 10 min for someone to come and scan your food.
And the worst part is the delivery.
I always go at noon to get delivered with the 3pm shift delivery and I receive my order at 8 pm minimum.
One day I received it at 10:30 pm.
+ the stairs are never working.
Honestly this is not ok. They need to fix this asap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ever since this Provigo opened, I have often noticed expired milk, cheese, dairy products, and several other food items. I have informed the store manager and sent emails to the PC customer service about this concern. Last week, I visited Provigo to purchase cheese. I noticed a P’tit Quebec cheese that was full of mold. I also noticed a PC cheese that was covered in mold. Both cheeses were not expired, but clearly the staff are not keeping the products refrigerated while in the back storage. There are also lots of price discrepancies where the advertised price does not appear on the cashier. Please familiarize yourself with the ‘ price accuracy’ policy because you are entitled to get an item free when this happens. I do not trust this Provigo to store food safely before it is delivered to the consumer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good for some grocery shopping but do not have enough space to carry the products I needed.
Definitely can't more than a convenience store, but more like a family grocers do to the small space.
Some of the signage needs to change to mark where the product shelves have been moved to, to match where the products actually are.
