★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cashiers are the slowest in the industry. Constantly talking amongst themselves when there are customers waiting. I had to walk out today without what I wanted to buy as I couldn't wait any longer (cashier was busy making a name tag or something for a vendor that was there). This is just one example but it's generally always slow when at a cash.
Provigo in itself is great, but the service here is beyond slow. Thankfully they have self checkouts which help if you're buying something that doesn't require a cashier.
I work across the parking lot so I'm hoping it will improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the best grocery store in Sherbrooke. The staff are great and very friendly. Always a great selection of product. The prices are a little higher than average, but the selection is well worth it. When you shop the discounted products, you are getting quality product for a very affordable price. Great location, lots of parking and very clean store. My go to grocery store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favourite grocery store, and we come here quite often. The place is always clean and the staff is super friendly! Also, not to mention that their prices are relatively good in terms of its quality and how much you get. If you come here, also expect a lot of healthy options! This store is surprisingly chock-full of healthy foods, so if you have children and want to get some nutritious options this is the right supermarket for you! Also, try their desserts! Though obviously not the option for health-conscious individuals, try them. They. Are. Heavenly! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a beautiful, clean store. But the prices are kind of crazy so anyone getting their regular groceries there is either rich of really bad with money. Sometimes it's that the products are fancier but most of the time it's just the regular old dozen eggs that you would find at Maxi but for double the price.
But I do like going there for nicer things in their pastry and deli sections for example. Omg their donuts are amaaaaazing, nowhere compares.

They have a beer and wine aisle from the gods, it's probably as big as some small SAQ. They have also, a big bakery, a cakes and pastries confectionery place, meat and fish counters, salads and ready to eat counter,...
Staff is great to awesome!
There are two things that I like a lot, whatever questions you may have, come during the days and the many pros that work there will be able to tell you how to cook anything and, do you know what Flashfood is, it's a big fridge right in front of service counter/express cashier and it's related to an app called Flashfood, where you may find a nice selection of 50% discounted price on everything in it...you pick your store on map, pick what you want/is available, pay and pick up anytime during opening hours plus you save food from going to waste & money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is really one of my favourite Provigo. I think the Magog store is better, but this one is close in quality. I like that lines are never too long, the employees seem generally happy, the fresh things like bakery and prêt a manger have a good selection. Their ability to keep protein powder in stock and their lack of variety is their only issue. For that, you need to go to Maxi on Portland.
