Last year in Westbrook Maine during the pandemic they kept bonuses contracted to employees and did not payout because the company Abbott labs raised the pay rate. This effected employees with a language barrier most. Taking advantage of the complexity when translated if that was even offered. They currently owe several employees countless hours of pay and yet another bonus they’ve decided to neglect to pay out. The staff at Aerotek is sorely lacking in professionalism, and manners. When operations manager for Abbott labs doesn’t know the answer she neglects to find a solution or follow thru with claims something is being done. If Aerotek owes you money or promised you a bonus when signing on in September of 2020 or September of 2022 contact me, companies like this need to have retribution for breaking the labor laws like anyone else
