They still charged me and will not refund me. I would not use this company ever. BBS will here from me about this company.

It was a great alternative to the normal tirfor that tractel makes and I saved quite a bit by going with this brand. There staff was also very knowledgeable and ensured that I got exactly what I was looking for. I would strongly recommend these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is neither customer oriented nor prompt. Sales persons are unskilled and overwhelmed by the task of dealing with customers in a civilized manner.
Another crucial aspect of their business practices is their inaccurate pricing, it is a planned money-making practice. Against this malpractice is best to discuss and obtain pricing in written and before hand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced. 2 months after dropping off a tool and three calls later, I find out my repair has been pushed back doe to "more important customers" (YES - this was said to me!)
After talking to the manager Chris about the way I was treated, he did not think his employee had done anything wrong, he told me that I was upset for no reason and that I should really just come pick up my tool (unrepaired) and call it a day.
Chris then proceeded to hang up on me when I told him I needed my tool repaired. They even refused to deliver it (even though the website states "Free delivery and pick up in the Lower Mainland"
In my opinion, anyone thinking of using this company should think twice and use someone who is reliable, efficient and has half decent customer service skills.
