I love the concept - - fresh food, prepared restaurant quality, ready to eat. I also love that their menu caters to such a variety of lifestyles - gourmet, athlete, vegan, keto, paleo, weight management - - makes for a great choice for multi resident households. I also love that they are local and focused on locally sourced, sustainable, fresh food ingredients. I'm super glad to have signed up for this service, I wish I found them sooner, and I would highly recommend this service to EVERYONE! Invest in yourself - invest in healthy and convenient eating suitable to your lifestyle. 5 stars!

It's worth every penny to not even go weekly shop, then cook, and yet have nutritious and tasty meals to take to work every day. This is the best meal delivery in Toronto

Local, sustainable, all the packaging is recyclable and once you collect 8 boxes they will pick them up and a $10 discount is provided on your next order. Excellent initiative. I've tried a number of meal services and this is by far the best.

I love cooking and meal planning, but I also recognize that I need the time and stamina to do something in a healthier way many times per day, every day. It's been so great to just describe my food requirements and taste preferences and have someone else do part of the work for me.

The food is always fresh and the team is so responsive with any questions or modifications we need to make. Overall an extremely good experience , we are very happy with them. We plan to continue to keep them as part of our daily meal plan!!!! Highly recommend them
