★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY from this company!!! Horrible people, inattentive landlords, refusal to fix anything. Steven Wong is by far the epitome of a slumlord. Do yourselves a favour, rent elsewhere. So glad I'm leaving this hell hole in 11 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst tenancy service in Alberta. I rented an apartment in lloydminster (Citadel Apartments), the caretaker (RON) is a lier. He make false promises before signing the lease and then do not fulfill them at the later stage.
In my case he took 15 days rent in cash and asked me to start lease later. And When I asked him to pay the amount online, he said you should pay online once the lease starts.
THE CARETAKER IS NOT A TRUSTWORTHY PERSON AND CHEATING THE COMPANY.
I am sure he kept the money as he also asked me to apply for electricity from Lease starting date.
He is defaming the image of your company too.
