★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a two bedroom condo from the landlord in Harbor Landing in Regina 2014-2015. Totally loved it!!! It's new, clean, quite and convenient. Rent is very reasonable. Landlord is awesome and professional. I would recommend to rent or buy from them!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience as a resident in my Condo unit was above and beyond exceptional. Working with my landlord with payments, and quality of living was easy and efficient. Any problems I had in my unit were fixed hastily, and thoroughly. All of this made living in this unit a great experience and I am hoping the next resident of the unit enjoys it as much as I did.
