We’ve had the displeasure of dealing with multiple sewer issues over the last two years thanks to our kids. We’ve reached out to 4 different plumbing companies to get things fixed as they happened. Pronto was by far the best one. The came to our house really fast, were reasonably priced, solved things quickly and explained to us what is happening with our line and how to prevent future issues. Highly recommend.

It turned out to be a more complicated situation than originally thought, but they spent the time figuring it out. Was Ken up to your expectations last night clearing the sewer emergency? Hi John, first I wanted to apologize for calling you multiple times last night. It wasn't my intention to be annoying but was just handling my tenants interests as well. Ken was awesome! For someone to come out on overtime after being woken up he was a delight to deal with. Excellent attitude I must say. He says he will be returning later today to finish the repair and I'm sure he'll be just as great. Again thanks for everything. You guys are great! I'll also be recommending your company if anyone requires such services.

If a technician is unaware of the complexities of a multi-family residential building you can have a stack cleaning which is meant to be preventative to prevent septic back ups - result in a backup like you are trying to avoid. There are several vendors (and many many plumbing teams in the city) that do sanitary line cleaning. Just note that Pronto is among the few that have both the right tools and the know how to get it done right. Do yourself a favor and skip the cheapest and go for the best. You don't want a half job when it comes to the topic of sanitary lines!
K	KTP on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off I was quoted a decent amount hence why I chose Pronto Inc. the end result to replace a broken fill valve was far off from the price we discussed over the phone. When I confronted the owner to correct the pricing, he was very hostile and angry. I would never recommend this scammer, takes advantage of women. My husband said it was a pump that cost max $20 he charged us over $80 just for the replacement part. On top of his hourly fee & repair that took maybe a whole 10-12 minutes.
