★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ne jamais utilisé cette compagnie en Janvier 2019 ont as eu un incendie dans notre étable et après l’incendie nous ont dit qu’on était pas assez assuré et nous ont pas payé...ils sont jamais venu voir les lieux avant l’incendie mais ils sont venu très vite après pour nous dire qu’on était pas bien assuré..Nous étions toute nouveau en Agriculture et ont as pas été capables de s’en sortir et ont as dû faire faillite à cause d’eux.NE JAMAIS UTILISÉ PROMUTUEL ILS ONT DÉTRUIT NOTRE CHANCE EN AGRICULTURE ?
Never used this company in January 2019 had a fire in our barn and after the fire told us that we were not insured enough and did not pay us ... they never came to see the premises before the fire but they came very quickly afterwards to tell us that we were not well insured .. We were very new to Agriculture and were not able to get out of it and had to go bankrupt because of them NEVER USED PROMUTUAL THEY DESTROYED OUR LUCK IN AGRICULTURE ?

Avec la secrétaire qu'il parle le moins fort du monde quand les autre gueule en arrière... Et d'autre qui fouille dans les dossiers coupe de vin a la main... Et la je ne parle pas de leur prix au dessus du marché... Bref pas très professionnel

On me coupe mes 7 assurances habitation même si on avait conclu
un délai pour remédier aux problèmes a rectifier.
J ai été 6 semaines sans assurance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoir été capable de mettre les étoiles en négatif, je l'aurais fait. L'an passé, lorsqu'il a été temps d'ajouter un bâtiment à notre assurance, ils nous ont abandonné sans excuse valable. Ils se sont retirés de mes activités commerciales, deux jour plus tard, ils me disent : On veut plus ta maison non plus. J'ai eu une misère folle à me trouver d'autres assurances avec si peu de délai, je dois payer de très grosse prime avec le mal de tête qui vient avec. Cette année, ils ne veulent pas couvrir notre bloc appartement car ils ne couvrent pas notre maison principale. Ils me laissent ça sur le répondeur sans numéro de rappel. Incapable d'avoir une ligne, ne laisse pas de numéro de rappel. Fuyez à grands pas, ne pas faire affaires avec cette entreprise
