★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya rien qui me choque de plus que d'être en ville (Québec) et que t'es fournisseurs te commande ton stock à mesure et que sa prenne 3 mois avant d'avoir !! Je vais savoir où aller asteur!! Même à faire 3h de route pour aller chez vous, et en plus votre service est sa coche merci encore à Alain et la jeune femme à c'est côté... que j'ignore son nom qui m'a répondu!!! There's nothing that shocks me more than being in town (Quebec) and you're suppliers ordering your stock as you go and it takes 3 months before you have it!! I will know where to go asteur!! Even to drive 3 hours to go home, and in addition your service is its mark thanks again to Alain and the young woman next door... I don't know her name who answered me!!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J ai acheté une souffleuse la qui avait des problèmes d essence alors on m a dit de la ramener pour la faire réparer. Quelque semaines plus tard on me rappelle pour me dire qu on va me rembourser parce qu elle coute trop cher a réparer. Plus tard j achète un compresseur qui avait une perte d air alors on m a dit de le ramener pour le réparer et 3 jours plus tard on m appelle pour me dire qu il est réparé alors je monte le chercher et rendu chez moi je me rend compte que le problème n est pas réglé, comme si il n aurait rien fait du tout et la je rappelle pour parler avec le gérant et demander un remboursement. Le gérant a dit de revenir avec un ton de je m en fou. Beaucoup de cochonnerie, beaucoup de perte de temps, l impression d avoir fait rire de moi et ce fou royalement des clients, voici mon expérience de ce magasin que je vais éviter a tout pris dans le futur.
I bought a snowblower there that had fuel problems so they told me to bring it back to have it repaired. A few weeks later I was called back to tell me that I was going to be reimbursed because it was too expensive to repair. Later I buy a compressor which had a loss of air so I was told to bring it back to be repaired and 3 days later I was called to tell me that it was repaired so I went upstairs to pick it up and went home I realized that the problem is not solved, as if he would have done nothing at all and I call back to speak with the manager and ask for a refund. The manager said to come back with an I don't care tone. A lot of junk, a lot of waste of time, the feeling of having made me laugh and this royally crazy customers, here is my experience of this store that I will avoid took everything in the future.
