The land lord leaves alot to be desired as she physically runs from the tenants and will not plow or clear the parking lot in the winter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived here for 4 years, always paid rent and never caused a problem, and I was evicted illegally. Water damage in my bathroom was supposed to be repaired in February, and instead of doing the repairs as planned, my lease was "terminated". I also know they've done this to at least one other person in the process. Landlord also gave an invalid notice of entry (delivered late in the evening for entry the next morning). Pool was closed almost the entire time I lived there. Landlord relies on you not knowing your rights as a tenant. This place may look nice, but stay away.
