Their rates in terms of the space is the best out of all the coworking spaces in Toronto and have been for the past few years. You won't find better value elsewhere! The owners and employees are active in the space in the sense that they maintain it well - both the kitchen space, office space, and bathrooms are always clean. They're also really nice :) There's always fresh coffee and a wide range of (highly addictive) tea available.The environment is a fairly social too, unlike other coworking spaces, people are happy to make conversation and have watercooler chat. If you're reading this and trying to pick between other coworking spaces: this is your sign.
T	Tiffany Lam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly one of the best community and culture oriented co-working spaces in the city! Great people, great social events. Good atmosphere to be around and a pretty awesome lounge space. 24hr access is very convenient.

The space itself is big enough to give you your own personal space (when you need it) but also perfect tables and areas to collaborate in. The character to the building and natural daylight truly fuels the inspiration as you work. The creative finishes of the space like murals and funky furniture allow for ample photo content opportunities. Neil was always available to accommodate requests and answer questions even after hours. He made an area available for me to finish some oversized art and even helped me move the pieces down the elevator. The overall vibe, culture and group gathers (beer Fridays pre COVID) keep you motivated and amped up to meet new encouraging self motivated people. Five stars, six if I could give them.
