For context, I have worked with many Property Management firms and not all our created equally. Recently, I have worked with at least 5 of Profile's team members directly and I am very impressed. I was astonished at how consistent the dedication to their clients shown across the bunch was! It's a shame that the vast majority of their clients who are happily-served, don't leave reviews, but I guess that's the nature of "reviewing" - most only do when they have perceived a problem they believe to be the fault of the vendor. I can tell you first-hand that Profile is wholly invested in their client's interests and the team is comprised of competent, down-to-earth individuals. Keep up the great work Profile!!! Thank you.

Not much else to say. The Rep our strata deals with sometimes doesn't even respond to emails. She misses as many meetings as she attends. Was put on probation but that has seemingly had no effect on her performance. Response to Response: She has missed 2 of the last 5 meetings. Strata council confirmed with me she was put on probation. (A bit disingenuous of you to say she ISN'T on probation at this time). I asked her go to her "sent folder" to prove she sent me a response to my 19June email on 21June. Easy enough to prove. These are not "feelings". They are facts.

Our company has been providing services to Profile Properties for over ten years and has developed a long history and relationships with several managers and staff. I would like to thank you all for the professional way that you have always handled our business concerns. Even more important to me is the way that you have taken time to go the extra mile when it was required by us or from the strata that you serve. Everyone from Lynn at the front desk, the managers, and the owners, have always treated us with the utmost respect and dignity. A few years ago when we experienced the loss of my father and more recently my mother the managers and staff treated us like "family" and were very understanding as we needed to take some time with our family. The care that you showed to us was much appreciated. Thank you for the work that you provide to us, but more important, for the caring way that you treat us and the strata's that you service. We look forward to another ten years Lord willing.

As a council member on a fairly large strata managed by profile I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Profile. Our strata manager, Anders, is great. He makes council's life much easier. Communication with him is always prompt and he has excellent initiative. I've dealt with several other property management companies over the years (Rancho, Dorset, MacDonald, First Service) and have to say Profile had been the best I've seen.

I had a terrible experience with this management company. I feel humiliated because you need to implore for the basics when you need them the most. First my car was vandalized. Yes, I know I have car insurance but this vandalism was premeditated, I told the management about that but no actions were taken. Result: my battery was stolen. Then there was a flood at my place. When the flood was happening I called the manager a few times and sent her a few emails but got no answer so I had to call the fire department. After that, I had to humiliate myself again and send millions of emails and leave millions of voice messages to the manager to get a rent discount because I had to live in hotels for 3 weeks. Yes, I know I have tenant insurance but they don't reimburse all the money that I spent with hotels and food and somebody had to pay for the deduction. Besides that, I didn't have a full apartment anymore because of the damage so there's no reason to pay for the full rent. After weeks imploring for help and humiliating myself, I finally got an email saying that she was super busy with all the 800 units that she needs to manage. Finally, I moved out a few days ago but yesterday I checked my bank account and, guess what? I'm still being charged for rent. Of course, the management company is perfect so it was my fault again, "I should have called the bank" and asked them to cancel the automatic deposit because the property management company missed the deadline to remove the automatic deposit when I told them that I was leaving the unit more than a month ago. I told them that I wanted my money back in my account yesterday but I've been ignored by them again now. Anyway, just avoid any properties managed by this company or keep in mind that you will be by yourself if you ever have problems with the unit. Answering Collen: Collen, I never ever had to cancel a pre-authorized plan, this is done by the billing company. This is what my bank said: "To stop this payment, we suggest contacting the billing company directly to modify your arrangement." As I said, I gave notice more than a month in advance, if the strata manger missed the deadline its not my fault and I want this money back the same way it was taken from my account. I'm not responsible for doing the strata manager's job.

I'm the current strata council president at a smaller, 40-suite building. Adam S has taken on our building as part of his portfolio, starting last November. I'm so happy with Adam's services to date. He is prompt with his replies and goes that extra mile in getting quotes and in following up with contractors and vendors to keep us updated. Natasha, a member of the office staff, has also been very helpful with contacting vendors for quotes. The have a great team who seem to work well together for everyone's benefit. Adam is very organized and efficient. He is also very patient with our frequent and sometimes annoyingly-long email threads. He's been super helpful in doing extra research to help find answers to some questions we've had. Having been on a couple of buildings' councils for a total of more then 10 years, I find Adam very easy and pleasant to work with.

I have worked as a contractor for Profile Properties for over 10 years. The team at Profile are organized, personable and I can see that they care about the properties it manages and the residents of those properties. It is common, in my job, to meet various property managers on site for meetings. In my experiences over the years it is obvious the team goes the extra mile for its clients versus taking a minimal/passive approach to property management. In addition, when on site, I witness the positive interactions between the strata/rental managers and the residents which is a direct reflection of the positive relationship. All in all, a great company with great people.
