Scott took the time to get to know me as both a person and a professional, then he took the time to prep me for the interview (I mean, really prepare me... pressure was on). He then followed several times to keep me in the loop. Then to my surprise after I landed the dream job, he followed up again to see how I was fitting in! He was very open and transparent throughout the process so there were no surprises. The support I received from him was immensely helpful.
