โ โ โ โ โ A friend of mine recommended me to get my hair done here, and I love this place now! The staff are really friendly, and care for their clients. I got my haircut and highlight here and I have to say, they give fantastic haircuts and highlights. She did an amazing job making sure I got what I wanted, with great prices!

โ โ โ โ โ I usually love this salon and frequently go here for my eyebrows and my hair services. I usually love their service and especially their prices, and of course they do an amazing job.
Every 4-5 months I get the same thing: A trim, a colour (solid brown), and usually eyebrows.
The lady did an amazing job! However when it came to paying the cost was much higher than normal, so I ask "what's the breakdown"?
1. She didn't even give me a specific breakdown
2. She said it cost $35 to straighten my hair because it's long
I advised her that when she asked me "Would you like your hair straightened" she should have TOLD ME THERE WAS A FEE
I never have been charged for a style, especially when I have already paid for a cut/colour.
I''m a fair person and willing to pay for services, thats not the issue here.
My issue is that I felt deceived and she didn't even care and gave me an attitude when I told her that she needs to let people know if services they are offering, will cost me more. It's simple courtesy to paying clients who are paying you!!!
I was literally going home after and I even told her "don't worry about doing it that good cause I am just going home" and still she kept quiet and finished.
Hopefully I have a better experience next time, I never got the ladys name but I remember her face and will NOT be letting her touch my hair.

โ โ โ โ โ I took my 13 year old son for hair cut and asked a lady to cut my son's hair with scissors rather than the machine. I showed a photo of the style my son wanted, and she said the price will be $15.75. She said she will do the haircut herself and asked my son to take a seat. I left to come back later. What made me upset was that somebody else did the hair cut instead, somebody who hadn't see the picture and thus cut his hair differently. Also they asked for $31 from my son. When I went there, they said the cost was $31 because they cut his hair with scissors, even though they originally told me it would be $15.75 for a cut with scissors. I asked for the service rates, they showed me the price for a women's hair cut, which was $25. As we know usually for kids the price is lower. My son only had $20 so they accepted that from him instead, but I got so disappointed that they gave him a different hairstyle than originally discussed AND they charged more than the original 15.75, and they never apologized!!

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad experience.. Went there twice to do my eyebrows long waiting.. Waited for half an hour to do my eyebrows then I got disappointed and left.. They have to inform no walk in only appointments have priority..

โ โ โ โ โ The lady ruined my freaking eyebrow shape. I told her not to ruin my shape....just wanted to get the hair on the sides removed. She said dont worry but freaking ruined it. And, then was like, "Hair will grow out" like I know what I wanted and you just had to mess it upp. I am never going back there. SERIOUSLY!!!!!
