★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved to Richmond recently and yesterday was my first visit at ME.Lash because of the relatively good reviews. I booked "Camellia fill" but Vanessa gave me "Classic fill" and I didn't know until finished and paid. It looks way too "natural" seems no difference at all.. Lashes kept falling off at the evening within few hours. Totally disappointed! My worst lash extension experience ever!! Now I have to book the salon I used to go in Downtown to redo again...

Vanessa is professional, punctual and spent time listening to what I am looking for. After seeing her a few months, I absolutely love my lashes and even tried different style as well. Thank you for the wonderful service. Vanessa is definitely my lash go-to girl!

I booked their junior lash artist Vanessa in my first time there 2 weeks ago, and I liked it too. She is very sweet and friendly. I am happy they have more lash artists to make appointment with it since they are always busy and book up so quick
