The assistant was extremely rude, she messed up by not asking for the right information, and when customer questioned she started showing attitude and becoming passive aggressive. I hope this place closes because it has zero idea on how to do basic customer service. I wish Google would allow negative stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going here for years. They are the best in this area. Very helpful and very patient. They are willing to answer questions with a smile and make phone calls to your Dr. if your insurance does not cover to get permission for something else. They have been very helpful always. If it is busy it is because people are getting wiser that they actually care and will take their time to do whatever they can do for you. They will even offer to call you when things are ready or will get things ordered just for you. If you have repeats just call ahead and they will call you when ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed.Refused to fill my wife’s prescription for a pain killer as pharmacist did not know prescriber .” Go to pharmacy near his office “ was the advice. My wife had been sedated at the Dentist ( a specialist in Toronto) and driven home by a relative . It was 8pm. We now go elsewhere.
