★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER go there for waxing!! This lady just tried to finish as fast as possible without any care. The wax was very hot. And the place was so dirty, had other people's hair and dust all over. Was very rude and unprofessional. I came out with sticky feet as she did not even bother to take wax off properly. They didn't have proper tools. Very unsanitary. NEVER going back there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always had very good experience here, the staff is polite and they always have me leaving looking my best, very fair pricing aswell! This is my favorite place to get my eyebrows done and my hair cut, definitely would recommend!

Person performing waxing had no clue that moles are to be treated carefully. Ended up injuring client, who was left bleeding.
When asked for first aid, the shop just replied that "It's ok"...
They should not be allowed to perform waxing at all with that skill and care level. UNPROFESSIONAL.
Cleanliness of the place, or lack thereof, is yet another horror story.
Stay Away.
