He is the best RMT I can find; he is very knowledgeable with excellent and effective deep tissue massage techniques that helps bring my body back to harmony. Highly recommended.

He uses deep pressure across the whole body, and also provides targeted treatment depending on your problem areas. He really helped me with my forearm tendons, which get very tight from bouldering. Definitely pay him a visit!!

The level of service and massage you get is just on a whole other level compared to many of the massage therapists I’ve seen in the past. If my insurance would cover this, I would go every week but don’t take my word for it, go try one session and you can experience it for yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paul is a fantastic RMT! I am very picky with massages - I need VERY deep pressure and have been to a variety of RMTs and Paul gives by far the strongest pressure.
He can tackle full body but also specific areas of concern. Can also tailor the pressure to you. Super friendly and knowledgeable as well! Encourage you to book with him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Paul for RMT for years, and was excited to find out he is working at a new clinic and would have more availability.
Before Paul I went to at least half a dozen other RMTs, and no one comes close. Great for relaxation but also specific treatment, friendly but also understanding of relaxation, super knowledgeable. Will do deep tissue/great pressure if that's your preference, as is mine.
Recommended him to some friends recently and they've all been very impressed too.

A very very pleasant surprise. Quick booking, very clean and beautiful clinic.
The reception was very professional and friendly when helped me with direct billing for my extended insurance plan. Paul was great - he asked which are the areas that hurt, the level of pressure I want and tailored his massage exactly to what I needed. The massage was amazing - came sore and tense and left soft like jellyfish. Totally recommended!!

He worked the full hour with the same energy where he totally got and relieved all the areas of discomfort. The bonus is that the place is very clean and centrally located with lots of parking around. I can’t wait for my next appointment!
