Despite massive construction going on outside for the Broadway sky train expansion I didn’t hear any construction noise during my last massage (which I was fully expecting). I’ve this recommended THS to so many people, I absolutely love it.

She really listened to what I needed worked on and it was both therapeutic with deep tissue work, and relaxing with a scalp massage at the end! Highly recommend!

Recently I've been seeing Carrie for pre-natal massage as often as I can and every session is amazing. She takes great care to make sure you're comfortable throughout and always checks in. I was also having lower back issues during pregnancy and saw Kristen for an osteopath session which was really beneficial and relaxing. The studio is the most perfect setting for a massage or any treatment and all the practitioners are warm and make you feel so comfortable the minute you walk in.

I am very particular in that I enjoy a very heavy duty massage and she consistently provides the pressure I am looking for (this has been hard to find!). She is attentive, professional, and the space is very clean. Plus, her playlist is good! No ocean sounds here.

Afer just a few treatments I'm several times better and the difference is night and day. As a runner who also works at a remote desk job, I've been encountering many issues such as muscle tightness, stress and postural imbalances. The relief is real and I feel good as new now. This experience has truly been a godsend. I can't recommend Shelby enough!!!

The studio is located inside a heritage building and the space is beautifully decorated. Every time I enter the studio, I instantly feel a sense of calm and peace. I have booked appointments with a few different therapists and all of them are super friendly and great at what they do. All my massages have been 5-star experiences. Personally, I love booking with Carrie! I see her regularly for stress-relief, headache recovery, and athletic maintenance. I highly recommend her hot stone RMT – especially in the colder months!
