I brought it in and then not only fixed the problem but he went over and above to make me feel confident my RV is in the best possible mechanical condition. Dan also ensured I had my RV back in time when I had to leave Calgary! He is easy to deal with, the workmanship is great, and the price was is reasonable for my Safety and Security. I first came to Pro-Star in 2021 with the purchase of Berta, a 1990 class A Fleetwood bounder to do some maintenance and repairs. Awesome experience, provided exactly the service required took the time to explain the pros and cons of your options and always had value and price in mind. Never once did I feel an upsell or push for a service not required or needed. While I only visited Dan once in 2021, remember me when I called him a few days ago when unfortunately I had the unthinkable happen and blew my motor out on the first drive of the this year (2022) camping season. Anyway, it was a Friday afternoon, I was heading to Costco to stock up and got stuck on Deerfoot. Got towed to pro-star and had a honest diagnostic that afternoon! It was tough pill to take but really appreciated the no bs diagnostic and no we can make a game plan for the family RV purchase. If we get another large class A, this is the shop that will look after you.
