I am going to be working with them in the future when I launch my website and shop and I'm very excited. very professional, quick to reply, and understanding. awesome company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impeccable work! First I ordered a T-shirt to be printed. As I didn't know which one to choose, they helped me and it was beautiful. Then I went back and made a banner, I just said what I wanted in writing and they put it together in a brilliant way. I also made a mask, which was delicate and beautiful. I will always do with them… soon I will be back for new orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came in with a last minute order as our normal supplier was unable to make the time line. We were given a quote and told if it was more then they would follow up with an email. They didn’t. When I picked up they increased the price by 50%! It also was not the size we had discussed.
The work looks good and they were able to do it on a short timeline but the 50% increase was ridiculous. When I asked about it the owner said they would have never given that price and just said it wasn’t worth his time and just to leave. I offered then waited for them to ring me up as everyone was no confused as the owner was being rude and walked away.
Lastly, they didn’t even check the order and didn’t have the complete order in the bag.
While I love supporting local businesses, there are other printing companies in Port Coquitlam that you can support.

My friend was so delighted she has posted pictures of her unique T-Shirt on her Facebook page. I couldn't have been happier with the results and I do not hesitate to recommend Pro Embroidery to my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered from them in the past and they did an amazing job, with normal pricing. I wanted to order again, and sadly our experience has been negative this time. I had to reach out multiple times to receive the mock up to the point where I felt like they were doing me a favor, not that I was the one giving them business. I was quoted $22 for a T-shirt with a logo printed on the front. I asked to have a phone number added, and have an uppercase letter with the phone number printed on the back as well, and the price went up to $35/tshirt. This was a simple print job, not embroidery. I felt sad and disappointed by the whole interaction. We’ve sent numerous people to this business in the past, I don’t think I can recommend them anymore, though I would have loved to because I go out of my way to support local business.
