With a desire to lose some weight, I started on a meal plan that she created for me and watched what I was eating and my portion sizes. Through the process I also learned what to look for on food labels in the store and make smarter decisions.
I was starting to lose weight each week, even faster than I anticipated. More than the weight loss though, I learned how to properly nourish my body so that I can live healthy every day.

After a month of working with Kitty, my sinuses cleared up and have not been a problem since. As well, I lost approximately 20 pounds, while my craving for sweets disappeared. I am very happy with her services and would recommend her to others.

I have been overweight all my life and, looking at midlife and knowing that I had many years to go, I wanted to do something differently than I had in the past. I wanted something that was going to work! Kitty listened carefully to my story and starting working on my behalf right away. She understood what I wanted to do and created an eating plan that took into account some real challenges that I have with allergies and preferences. Eating on that plan changed my life! I started feeling much better, and over time, as I adhered more and more to the plan, I was able to gain enough energy to start on a workout plan, the next step in my progress. Kitty was always available when I had questions, and helped me fine-tune over time. I am now living a very different life. I'm so glad I went to see Kitty.
