She gets whatever you need done and is very efficient. I think maybe people are scared of the tone of voice and that it is matter of fact point blank questions? Just wanted to give some stars for her :)
S	Steve Dennis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received an email on March 4, 2022 saying that there is an appointment set for Monday, March 7 at 10:15am. The email did not mention my name or my wife's name. Neither of us are patients at this clinic. I phoned to confirm the name of the patient, and got a voice message from the Doctors' admin assistant saying if no answer please call back later? I tried a couple of times, with no answer so left a clear message asking who the patient is. I also sent a reply to the email. After waiting the rest of the day I decided to confirm the appointment since it was scheduled for the next working day. My wife is being treated for cancer and I didn't want her to miss an appointment by referral. There was no email reply. I receive a call from the assistant today at 9:15 an hour before the appointment saying she received the voice mail but could not understand it. HMMM then how did you reach me by phone? She said we were not patients at the clinic and therefore do not have an appointment. I asked how they got my email and she had no answers. I just got a half hearted apology to get me off the phone. We had no idea what this appointment was for. We are disappointed in the ineptness and lack of care on the part of the admin staff. This was not an appointment for a haircut or an oil change.
C	Candace Paskaruk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr McNaughton is amazing. Any problems I have she finds the problem and is very quick on it. I appreciate her so much for taking care of me. Dr McNaughton is on leave right now and I've been seeing Dr Bialy a couple times he's also amazing. Even though he's not my doctor and is just filling in for Dr McNaughton he takes the time to listen and help me with whatever I need. Much appreciated. I've seen a lot of reviews on Dr McNaughton's receptionist and she really isn't too bad. If I have any questions or concerns she makes sure to look into anything I need. Which is great.
