J	Jessica Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to print one black and white 8.5x11" one sided paper. Couldn't find any cost information on their website and once you upload your document it'll immediately go through and send you an email. No invoices or costs communicated throughout the process. The next morning I received a single line email telling me "it's done". When you pick up your order, make sure you call their store in advance so you're not waiting it in the cold for someone to open the door like I did. It costs $3.39 in total for one b/w A4 one sided paper. The man helping me gave me an envelope for my paper which is a nice little perk.

s	sam fisher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a ripoff!!!!!!! They say they charge $3 base fee plus $.10 per page. I sent 3 email, each email had 4 pages to be printed. They charged me $3 for each email for a total of $9. The cost of the actual print job for 12 pages was $1.20 but they said their $3 service fee is for each email they open. What a joke!!!!! I'm furious!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!All places I have been to charge $3 fee plus $0.10 per page. Even if they open 100 email links!!!!!!!!!

Y	Yvonne Qiao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They cannot listen/read instructions. I called for a quote, was told to email the files & specs, I didn't have the files ready, they told me to email the specs. I emailed the specs and specified "perfect bound" in writing, got a quote of $25. Later, I emailed the completed file and asked for a new quote. No answer. I called, re-describing the spec, stating "perfect bound, 1 copy". This time they told me it's still $25 on the phone. I asked when I should pick up, they told me 4 o'clock, same day. I go to pick up, it's not printed. They open the file and said "this is set up for perfect bound, we can't do perfect bound for one copy". I said it's perfect bound on the phone and in writing, if they have only LOOKED at the file before I arrived they'd have known... I even asked when I should pick up and showed up late, not early... There were so many chances they could have told me before I arrived.

I took a cab early morning to this print store only to find it shut and no one responding. I had to book another cab and find the next print store, which as mentioned on Google was open. So please value peoples time if not your own. To those who wish to choose this place, please call and go to this store unless you wish to waste your time and money. Thanks. Very disappointed.
N	Noah B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure where are these bad reviews are coming from but I can assure you this is my go to place for all my printing needs (and has been for 5+ years). They've printed everything from business cards, pull up banners, large scale trade show banners, brochures etc. They go above and beyond and are great to work with. Highly recommend.
