★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has its flaws like any place does, but everything that I love about the place more than makes up for them. Most of I love the management staff who are always cheerful and pleasant. They try to be as accommodating as possible, and are understanding and empathetic when they can’t be.
I also like that the populace of the building is steadily becoming more youthful, with professional and respectful young adults. The resident managers have done great work in carefully selecting tenants.
Only downsides are the aging decor and cabinets, but I can more than overlook that for the very agreeable prices here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By giving it five stars I'm not saying it's perfect I'm saying it's home. Used to live here years ago when I was stationed with 3rd Battalion then when I retired move back here part of the charm and character of this building is the people that are like minded. It's a sense of community in a building. Mashed with some of the best views in the city. It's home.
It is the 22nd of May 2018 and we can say that are review and feelings and opinions haven't wavered or changed !
