M	Mike Wallace on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to a show with my wife and. Few friends. Place is nice and clean with friendly staff but they try to get as many seats in as possible as after all they’re running a business. But it takes a lot away from comfort. But all in all a good experience.
L	Lauren on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to see Phantom of the Opera and was absolutely amazing! The production was the best I've seen and great theatre to see it in. Customer service was great, very polite and someone nearby to help you locate what you're looking for and to help seat you. Prices for drinks of course are high but that's like anywhere these days. I enjoyed the lounge area with the costumes they had on display and of course the bar. Everything was easily accessible within the theatre. Really enjoyed this theatre and would highly recommend to anyone. Additionally, I had 2 seats in the 3rd row near middle and they were the best seats I think.

The AC same as in scotiabank theatre is set a way too low and my friend and I were freezing there last night. They all should give some heads up about the temperature so I could wear more layers or just be better prepared to survive 2h in the cold ;)

Saw Jesus Christ Superstar here and the staff were amazing, the theatre in great shape, and the production was great. Hell, even the PWT parking attendant was awesome! It was the first time my daughter went to a professional performance theatre. What a great experience for her. Kudos to everyone doing a great job.

They always have the best productions with the biggest budget. No matter what you choose to see it will be a memorable event. I remember seeing Phantom of the Opera here and it was one of my favourite theatre experiences.

Have been coming here for years to experience different Mirvish productions, and most recently watched the stage adaption musical of ROOM. From start to finish, service was wonderful. Sound in the theatre was great, our seats were comfortable, and thoroughly enjoyed our experience! Since the pandemic, Mirvish has upgraded sure filters, check vaccination status and everyone must be masked to enter. However these excellent safety policies are only guaranteed until May 1. So do check their website too see how things change from May onwards. I really hope they stay safe. Even Soulpepper Company has reverted back to 50% occupancies for safety!
