★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an appointment today to see these apartments. Very nice. Clean, big and updated. Right across from a big park. The superintendent was friendly, gave me a great tour and no BS from him like another place I went to. I was hoping to see some other tenants so I could ask what they think about it but didn't get a chance. I liked it and think I will go for it. The apartments were a nice size and I like the whole setting, warm like.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grew up here and recently visited family who are now living there. Still the same, been well up kept and a quiet little place to live. Close to the strip mall, with giant tiger and whatnot. Great place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As long as you are a smoker and have a barbeque you have rights. So if you smoke and love to barbeque this is the place for you. You will have the right to have your smoke enter your other renters units. If you are not a smoker and don't have a barbeque it is not the place for you. To say that this apartment is transitioning to non-smoking is nothing more then marketing. Remember smoker has the rights to a smoke free apartment you the non-smoker do not....that is the reality here....amazing how we think we have a right to a healthy home but we don't...other then that it is a half decent place but for new renters wow how do you afford the rent they want now....
