★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow visiting this store was good for me. Not blasting "The Home Depot" but I visited the Princess Auto after visiting The Home Depot and I actually had to return some items. Process was cheaper and the items in particular was of better quality and durability. ? I've also been searching for a variety of "Blind Rivets" 1/8 in size which I found available. Customer service was decent enough. Thank you Princess Auto, Thank you Google

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At this store customers are treated as unwanted guests, customer service is zero and staff always looks like they are busy in their own world and hard to approach.My recent experience with one of the cashier was terrible while checking price for a marked down item she had to call store manager to check but unfurtunately after a long wait i had to left with out buying.
As Princess auto is known for its friendly customer service and it should be implimented at this scarborough location as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very comparable store. It is a big store which you can have equipment from small to big, screw, phone cables, welding even toys for kids or your pet. You can leave your phone number with them and they can traced the purchase record if you can’t show them your receipt. Their refund terms is a year. The sales there are friendly. They provided free coffee, batteries disposable. Their stuff for smart phone are cheap. I got a tablet cover for only $2 . The place is clean , organized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stock count lies. Staff nonexistent or unhelpful. Only found one guy working the floor and when I asked where to find something he was just like, "I dunno, I've never seen that. Should be over there. (Where I already looked.) If not we must not have stock even though it says we do."
Drove 45 minutes to get here just to be unable to buy the item the site says they have.
