★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I experienced disrespect from the customer service staff at this location. I purchased a service cart and when I got home and built it, there was a missing piece. I called the location and they said to bring it back. When I braught it back the employee asked “are you sure you didn’t steal the missing piece?” WHY WOULD I GO OUT OF MY WAY TO BUY A UTILITY CART, BUILD IT, DISASSEMBLE IT, AND RETURN IT? JUST TO TAKE A PIECE?! I will never return because this location left a bad taste in my mouth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a compressor kit and the house turned out to be faulty. Harry helped me solve the issue by replacing the parts from of the shelf. Cheryl made the paper flawlessly. The customer service is absolutely amazing.
I feel confident when buying any product at Princess Auto that they will support me if something should go wrong.
A class act!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff made no effort to look for a product that was in stock according to their website. First kid just pointed me to some random direction. Thanks! Second dude just said no.. no stock. Third dude just said "oh our website isn't always accurate, we probably don't have it in stock" It shows you have 8 online... not 1 not 2 not 3.. 8. The least you can do is check inventory on a computer. Like show me you are trying.
Did I also mention this was during the weekday non-peak hours? I could count the number of customers in the store.
Might be a one off experience. I recall service was quite a bit better a year ago :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place to get any sort of tools, parts or materials for fixing or building practically anything around the house, on the road or elsewhere! You can literally build a go-kart or a boat from things at Princess Auto.
Awesome and helpful, staff. Amazing prices and lots of things that are made not just in China. Basically, it's a Canadian Tire and Home Depot (sans wood) combined, but better than both!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I discovered Princess Auto relatively recently. I now prefer them over Canadian Tire. I bought several air tools and wrenches, ratchets etc and the quality is pretty good for my needs. Also the return policy is very honest and straightforward. The store has huge selection of tools and consumables, nicely organized and very well maintained. Convenient parking and hours justifying frequent visits.
