★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my boys here for the first time today. The office is large, spacious and clean. The girls at the front desk are friendly and very helpful. They welcomed us as soon as we walked in and had our files opened and ready to fill out. We seen Dr. Svenkeson (my husband has seen him before we did) he is very good at what he does, the kids were comfortable and relaxed during their entire appointment. The dental assistant (?) With my one son hummed during his appt. Which he said was relaxing as he is not a fan of the dentist. Dr. Svenkeson came out to me and explained what was going to happen and what would be needed down the road. And further suggestion in regards to orthodontist work. This is something I really appreciated as our previous dentist wasn't as kind and the kids were never comfortable. The transition to Dr. Svenkeson was very good and well organized. We're very happy to have made the change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As always, I was treated with courtesy and respect. The staff…from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist…was friendly and precessional. They even laugh at my corny jokes! Each step of the procedure was explained thoroughly and I was asked if I was ok throughout the appointment. My next appointment is booked. And, although I don’t usually look forward to dental appointments, the staff here makes me eager to return.

The dentist and hygienist took the time to explain each step and answer all of my questions. They put me at ease, made sure I was comfortable and the extraction went very well. Highly recommend PA Smiles

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They’re always very respectful, kind and patient with our 6 year old daughter as well as with me. Our six year old actually got a filling done without my husband or I beside her and had a great experience. They take the time to answer all your questions and aren’t in a rush like a lot of Heath professionals usually are. I always feel welcomed and comfortable in both locations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently switched to this dental office and have had the most amazing care. From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed and made as comfortable as possible. Dr. Arcand has been especially patient and acknowledging of my anxiety and makes sure I'm okay in what is being done. I had a bit of an anxious episode a few days ago and they stopped completely until they knew I was comfortable. I have NEVER had this level of care. And it's been made clear with each visit that if I'm having problems, to call immediately and they have been so accommodating. I will highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for great dental care!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved my experience at this dentist, particularity the one in cornerstone. I used to go to another place but they messed up my teeth work that was done would fall out and they just kept finding cavity after cavity. I went to this place and they told me no new cavities since my last visit up the hill. They gave me Avery thorough exam of not only my teeth but my whole mouth, jaw, and neck. That’s the first time I’ve ever experienced that. They were very polite and professional the whole way through, it was very quick and painless. If your looking to switch definitely give smiles a try their even open longer than most places at 7pm for cornerstone location.
