★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great place!!! Run on volunteers. Individual attention and they tell you all about the animals. Animals treated and kept so well!! Lots of cats as well. I was so impressed with the health of the cats sometimes you see barn cats and they have goopy eyes etc but not here they had clear eyes and shinny coats. Volunteers were happy to be there and the donkeys were a delight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot recommend this place enough. My family and I went for the afternoon and couldn’t have had a better time. The volunteers were welcoming, patient and knowledgeable telling us about the history of the space and about the different animals and their stories and personalities. Lots of cats to cuddle and a lot of the donkeys enjoy a good scratch.
Can’t say enough good things 11/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CLOSED when I went. Check the schedule before you go. You can get up to the fence and see the animals but you cannot go inside entry fee is a donation. We just donated a few bucks to help out. Talk to a lovely gentleman that volunteers at the sanctuary. We plan on going back for sure easy to find. Lots of parking. A small farm, we need more places like this. Runs on donations, so make your donations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place and the people. Took my 93 year old mother and she struck great conversations with the donkeys that appeared to gravitate to her. What they are doing for these animals is inspirational and I'm happy to be able to support them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hubby and I visited Primrose Donkey Sanctuary. We were greeted by Sheila and met some lovely volunteers. We were also given a private tour where we could feed and pet the donkeys. What a lovely place this is. If you have a chance, visit this special place and leave a donation. They also need volunteers. I can’t say enough about the love and admiration I have for the donkeys and the people giving their time.
