★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An easy walk in the forest along the shore of the lake. The Lake itself was a bit disappointing - no beaches suitable for swimming along the trail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pretty River and spots to relax along a very inconvenient road to access. If you don't mind squeezing through all the cars along the road parked this is a really great spot to stop and float along the river or just Wade into the water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These directions won't take your to the park. One of the previous reviews had them and helped us get there. Ive never seen so many mosquitoes in my life. The only lake access we found was a short walk from the tiny parking lot and rather disappointing. We noticed several bones along the path and then inside the lake. Scary hike. The road to get there is rough and gravel. Not worth it.
