They were used as a pickup and delivery service for eShipper and their driver or warehouse staff stole over $1000 worth of my shipments. They had no record of what they received and what they dropped off to eShipper. They had no accountability for what their staff did and there was no reimbursement. I would never use their service again and I caution everyone not to trust them with your valuable goods.

R	Rick D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the WORST Shipping company in all of the GTA. Had a terrible experience with their delivery guy. Had an AC unit delivered to the house and this terrable company driver (who is supposed to be rep) decided to leave the unit on a skid in the middle of my driveway and was ready to leave just before I caught him coming home from work. When I asked him if he could move it another 15 feet up the property, he said that's not his job... When I ask for his name he said that's not my concern. Same answer when I asked for his supervisors name and company contact number. Rude, ignorant and didn't care at all about the customer. I work in shipping and receiving and this is not an industry standard. These guys need to get their act together. When these guys put on the shirt they represent the whole company. Will be asking my supplier to switch delivery companies. ( called the head office as well but no follow up) Prime Time is a NO GO.

She spoke clear and answered all the questions i had pertaining to a personal order. The order arrived on time with no damages from a friendly gentlemen. The professionalism and the staff at this company are truly amazing 5 STARTS for them. I will be using them frequently going forward.
