When I received the window and put it on the wall, it far exceeded my expectations. It really does add a "Wow" factor to the room. I highly recommend this product and company, especially for when someone is finishing a basement room, that does not have any natural light coming in. It is so realistic.

I've only had great comments about it (most people think it's a real window when in a virtual meeting). The product was exactly as advertised and is of great quality. I had selected a picture for the poster in the light box and the print quality is also great. I communicated with the company to have an update on my order and they answered a few hours later. Shipping was fast, packaging was adequate and installation was very simple! I would definitely order again. Thank you!!

We picked up the window at their facility and it was wrapped up well, protecting the window from damage. The window itself is beautiful and well made.
