★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a student volunteer at Prime Health Care over the summer months, I can say that this clinic truly cares about its patients. From the chiropractor, to the massage therapists and kinesiologists, all of the professionals have a high degree of expertise in their respective fields of practice. Over the period of a couple of months I observed how the high degree of passion for helping to rehabilitate patients' injuries translated to improvements in their physical capacities and overall well-being. Highly recommended clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Back in august i was in a very bad accident. like others in my family i attended Prime health. Thanks to them my recovery is moving along well. They have an amazing team. They are kind and warm to deal with. They actually understand the pain you are feeling. Thank you Prime ,for helping me get better. if not for your whole team, im not sure where i would be on my road to recovery!!

I have had the displeasure of being "treated" at many other clinics and felt doomed that I would have to just live with it; until I entered this place. The staff here make you feel warm and welcomed, even on my worst days, I can expect to smile the minute I walk in. Everyone is so friendly, but above all, they actually listen to your complaints and rants, like I feel heard and properly attended to. Everyone who works at this clinic, from the front desk staff, to the phsyio, massage, chiro...works really hard and does an amazing job. They know their expertise well and implement to help target the specific areas you are having trouble with; you are treated as an individual. A patient. With real problems, unlike other places where treatment is generalized for the masses and everyone does the same thing. This place has the tools to help you if you are serious about getting better. Period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prime Health is a great Physio clinic. Dr. Chad is wonderful. The staff is so cheerful and kind and I enjoy the clean and peaceful clinic. They are very accommodating with appointments. The treatment and massages have really helped me in my recovery. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last December my husband and I were in a bad accident, we were very lucky to find Prime Healthcare. the staff is great and very welcoming and easy to work with, Dr. Chad Hefford the Chiropractor is amazing! When we were there all the physiotherapy therapists were incredibly professional and they actually understand the pain you’re feeling and how to develop an effective treatment plan . We highly recommend prime health clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Post a car accident, I was treated at Prime Health Care for physiotherapy. The entire team, including drivers, staff at the reception, therapists and Dr. Chad were all so helpful and caring.
They followed all protocols that were in place due to COVID-19 and were very professional.
While I pray nobody should suffer an injury, but if you do, I would suggest Prime Health Care as the go to place for a quick recovery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been attending Prime Health Care since 2019, and the customer service is amazing. The staff members are kind and friendly. They are patient and make sure you feel welcome. Due to my injuries, it is difficult for me to drive at times and Prime is very accommodating. The massage and therapy treatment is what I look forward to. Prime is one of the best clinic I have been to and I highly recommend their services. Thanks to Prime, I am well on my way to recovery.
